AMONÁ, pr. [ a ’mo na ], means “that which is in the middle”, in Taíno language, original name of Mona Island. It is also the name of my final Shoe Collection for POLIMODA Graduate School. From Décolleté to mules and even sandals to clogs, this project offers playful designs, 3D printing innovation, function and wearable shoes for strong and independent woman. I made my own interpretation of classics to create contemporary models with high quality leather. Never forgetting that shoes are made for humans by humans. Transparency is key.
